I let out a deep sigh because Lando didn't pick me up. I didn't go to their place to sleep over. I was tired, and I knew why he wanted me to stay over—just to hook up. I still had work the next day.
It would have been okay if I had the day off the next day. No problem. Sometimes Lando can be childish even though he's already grown up. We're the same age. But his mind still seems immature when he doesn't get what he wants.
I sadly left the house. I had been waiting for him to arrive and had been texting him, but there was no reply. I immediately took a ride to the market.
