The stage is set. It is time for the show to begin.
Aaron doesn’t know exactly what to feel. He is glad that he is now finally putting a stop to Charles. He has planned this carefully for so long, spent his years to get to this moment. He can finally put Jane back where she rightfully belongs. He should be excited. Ecstatic. But there is still a prickling feeling at the back of his mind that something might go wrong. And that after everything he has done to take him down, Charles might still win this battle.
Myron clears his throat, getting Aaron’s attention. “Everything okay, man?”
“Yes. Are we ready?”
“More than ready. Charles and his secretary just entered the board room.”
“Good. Let’s take this bastard down.”
