Training To Be The Best

As I take off sprinting in my wolf form, I feel like I am in my own little world. I could always run fast in human form but, now with Leah with me I felt that I could race the wind. I don't how long I was running before Papa shifted back to his human form called me over to him.

"Come Lex, it's time to spar."

I hurry to grab the blanket filled with my clothes. After I'm decent I grabbed the bow staff that he made me on my birthday. It was my favorite thing in the whole world. And with that Me and him spar for hours. Laughing and talking not caring about the time, if I had my way we would have stay like that forever. We were having so much fun. 

"Leah, I'm getting better."

"Don't get boastful Lex."

"I didn't mean it that way honest."

"Never get boastful and always humble before God. And listen to your Papa."

"I will. But I will be the best to rid the world of demons. I will be God's vessel."

"Just remember to always go with God. And never fall into the ways of this troubled world."

"I will always stay with God."

"It's nice to have your first conversation with your wolf isn't Lex?" I hear my papa through our mindlink. And with that he knocks my legs off the ground with his staff and I land on my back.

"But not so good when you are distracted by it." He says with a smiled.

He helps me up handing me back my staff.

"Again."

It's going to be a long day...
