“Block!” Katie and I held our forearms up to our faces at Tessa’s command. “Great! Now I’m going to show you both something else. Katie, get in front of Jade.” Katie got in front of me.
“Jade, put your index and middle finger together on your dominant hand. This is what I call the pointer move. See the center of Katie’s throat?”
“Yeah.”
“Katie, I’m going to have you try and grab Jade. When she grabs you Jade, I want you to take the side of your dominant hand and slam it right in the fold of the arm she is using to grab you. She’ll drop her hold on you, then you use that pointer move and jab Katie in the center of her throat. Got it?”
