Relentless torture

It has never been clear to me as to why my soul is relentlessly being burdened by unknown phenomenon.It is further more torturous to know that my burdens are not fading away soon.One has to incorporate endurance in ones life to survive as it is the only left hope;no school will teach you of how hope is built but you have to acquire it.At some point one understands why it is said 'survival of the fittest'.Without the 'fittnes' of course you won't cease to exist but you will regret having ever existed.I suppose the world is evolving to a point that humans will be their own risk of risking human existence.
