Piper's pov

Listen to the things around me I can't see cause I'm blind folded I do this everyday I take away one of my senses to hone my other ones. There's a lot I've learned about myself no matter what disadvantaged I'm at I always have other skills so I'm not at a disadvantage cause the moment I trun my back I could be dead or worse. As I hear someone coming at me I dodge and attack back it takes me no time at all I take down my opponent I hear a groan and smile. I take off my blind fold to see Zach on the ground well what are you doing here I ask?? Well he says I came to see if you wanted to go on a road trip to see the crown prince? And why would I want to do that?? He looks at me and gives a smile cause you love me so much he says I laugh ok ok so why are we going to see the prince? Cause he's my best friend he's always been there for me so I want to be there for him I see well I can always show him a neat trick that I can do.

So should I ask what it is or just wait and see he asks, well ill show you I say I close my eyes and imagine the galaxy and all it's bright colors and stars. I've learned I can created a replica of the galaxy I can also crate stars which is awesome as I hear his gasp I know that I've succeeded and smile I look around it's like we are in space by zachs dumb founded look makes my smile widen. This is amazing he says I laugh and say thank you I make it disappear so when are we going to the palace? Right now he says I give him a look yeah yeah I know he says but I had your mom pack everything and it's in the car so let's go cause it's going to take us a whole day to get there. I Goran and follow him as we get to his car we get in I buckle up and we take off so what is your best friend like I ask as I look at zach? Well he is amazing even though he's the son of the ex girlfriend and not the queen he's actually a nice guy he's afraid to meet hisate cause of his father's situation as he said that I couldn't help but ask and what's his father going through?? He looks at me from the corner of his eye and says the queen has been cheating on the king the problem is with our kind we can feel when our mate is being unfaithful and it's painful.

I feel so bad for the king no desvers to feel that pain and with the way zach talks she knows she's hurting him so it's just down right evil as we drive along I start to feel hungry cause it was early in the morning and I've been training for an hour before zach showed up. He hears my stomach and laughes we stop and get lunch we get enough food to feed an army as we findh off the food we start to drive again after awhile I fall asleep.

Dameon's pov

As I'm training with my pack I can't help but think of everything that was happening my dad finally rejected my mom even called a which that could call to the moon goddess to help she should be here soon what makes it even worse is. My dad lost a best friend in the process cause he walked in on him and my stepmother naked in bed f***ing I couldn't believe it cause he knew my dad was in pain and just kept doing it no matter howuch you hate someone this is even worse than just cheating. I call out to end the season and go back to my room and in there on my bed is Anna she's a council men's daughter and thinks if I sleep with her she will become queen but I've never done it even if it was convenient. It would cause more trouble than good I look at her and say get our of my bed and go away you know I won't sleep with you your too much trouble.

She looks ate and smiles but baby I can make you feel so good and with me the mate bond won't effect you she says even as she says that I can hear my wolf growl in disagreement. I'm not going to sleep with you nor do I want you to be my queen if I do get a queen she's going to be strong and not arrogant like you who thinks everyone should bow down to them just cause of who there daddy is. Her face truns bright red and she runs off I smile as my wolf black laughes and says in his deep voice serves her right cause we belong to mate he says I sigh black like I said what if she's just like my stepmother. She hurts her mate with no remorse and continues to hurt him like its ok like she's not causing him extreme pain as I said this black says I choose to believe mate will be different he says well I hope for your sake she is

I block him out I take a shower once I'm done I get out put on deodorant and boxers I put on blue jeans and a black plain shirt that stretches across my muscles I put on shocks and shoes I brush my hair and teeth then walk out as I'm walking to dad's room I hear my cell go off I answer it hello I say hey man, zach says on the other line hey I say what's up I ask?? Well I'm on my way to see you and I'm bringing my friend Piper you remember she's the girl that's been through hell he says. Oh yeah ok well how far off are you I ask??? We will be there in an hour ok ill tell the gards ok he says we hang up I walk into my dad's room he's sitting there looking so much better I smiled you look better dad I say. He looks at me and smiles yes I feel better and the wich was just here an hour ago he says I look at him why didn't you tell me I ask?? Cause I didn't want you to worry its a painful thing to go through but I believe the goddess spard me cause I've the pain I've been through I'm also making a anoucement about dethroneing the queen for crims against the king. As he says this I see he has no sadness just this freed look I smile and say I'm glad your holding her responsibility because she's done alot of bad things he looks at me and smiles. Son I know you've been worried and I know you've been through hell and I'm truly sorry for that I just want you to know to not blame your mate cause of your stepmother. As he says this I realize dad knows what I've been thinking for some time I smiled and say I will try my best not to black has said the same thing he's been saying the same thing at this moment I'm mindlink that zach is here I smile and say well dad I'm going to see Zach. My dad smiles ah zach I've not seen him in awhile how's he been my dad asks he's been good he brought his friend Piper with him I say my dad smiles even bigger ah what a lovely name do you think she's zachs mate? I don't think so I feel he would tell me that anyways I better go greet him before he thinks I don't care I say with a laugh my dad laughs along with me as I walk out the door.
