Chapter 9 BRODY AND SHELDON took a long playful shower together, then dressed to face the world. “I know just the place for breakfast,” Brody said. “Where?” “Just get in my truck and you’ll see.” “Okay.” Brody drove them to a strip center anchored by a Publix supermarket, pulled into the parking lot, and parked in front of a fairly nondescript diner. “I’ve never noticed this place before,” Sheldon said. “It’s one of those best kept secrets, I think. Lots of locals come here for breakfast or lunch.” They went inside the diner and took a table by the window.
