CHAPTER 1-THE START
In ancient Japan, during the Sengoku period, around the 16th century (1543), there was a war between two clans: the "Matsuda-Shi/Sōngtián-Shìzú (Matsuda-Clan)" and the "Takagi-Shi/Gāomù-Shìzú (Takagi-Clan)". There was one time when these 2 groups of troopers from 2 clans confronted each other. The group of troopers from the Takagi clan retreats from the battle as their side starts to lose its men. Then the group captain from the Matsuda clan chose to pursue their enemies, thinking their fighting morale was sky-high, so this was the chance to eradicate them. However, among them, there is a young samurai called "Tanada-Yoshisuke/Péngtián-Fāngzhù" and also the vice-captain of the group, who tells the captain not to chase anymore, because they are afraid there might be an ambush ahead. This is what his "field-sense" told him, but the captain wouldn't listen and insisted his troopers keep advancing to chase their enemies. When passing through a corridor surrounded by hills on both sides, suddenly, from both hills, the arrows showered down at them. It was the other Takagi clan troopers. The group troopers from the Matsuda clan just noticed that they had been ambushed, just like the vice-captain said earlier. They quickly escape by rushing forward since they have no choice, as from behind other troopers from the Takagi clan are already approaching. When they entered deeper into the hills, they came to a dead end guarded by a group of troopers from the Takagi clan whom they had chased earlier. The group captain from the Matsuda clan realized he and his troopers had fallen into their enemy's trap. It was his fault for chasing their enemy. He should have listened to his vice-captain, Yoshisuke. However, what has happened has happened. Right now, they can only focus on the battle ahead and how to break out of their enemy's trap. A fierce battle occurred there. No one knows how long the battle will go on until the rain falls. The ground slowly flooded with rain, and the water turned from white to red. Yoshisuke fought for his life to save his teammates as much as possible so they could get out of this ambush alive. However, he didn't make it in time as his captain and all of his comrades were down. But he still killed many of his enemy's troopers until he met the captain from the opposing group. When he realized, he was left alone to face the outnumbered enemies. The captain, from the enemy's side, told his comrades to stand by and not to interrupt, as he was going to duel with Yoshisuke, the vice-captain from the Matsuda clan. They both duel one by one. It was quite equal at the time. Finally, the battle has ended. The remaining troopers from the Takagi clan have left the battlefield, bodies scattered everywhere, whether from the Matsuda clan or the Takagi clan. And for both of them who were dueling earlier, they are also down as neither won the battle. It seems like Yoshisuke had managed to take down the enemy captain before he was attacked by the enemy's side. Suddenly, Yoshisuke starts moving, still alive, and becomes the captain of the enemy group. Seems like fate still wanted them to live. So Yoshisuke slowly reached for his katana, which lay on the ground. He planned to grab his sword and finish the enemy captain for the final. The enemy is also trying to do the same. Both of them finally grab their own swords and stand up slowly, then run at each other until their swords clang together. However, something happened when their swords met. A lightning strike occurs between them until they black out. Moments later, Yoshisuke suddenly awoke, his eyes slowly opening. His head was very sore and dizzy as if he had drunk too much. Then he found himself in someone else's house with an unfamiliar view. He also found out that all of his wounds had been treated and patched up. He doesn't know who saved him. A while later, a middle-aged woman walked in and saw him awake. Suddenly, she ran out and shouted out loud, as if she was calling for someone. Then the middle-aged woman, together with the middle-aged man, entered the house and approached him. It seems like they are both couples. The middle-aged man talked to him in a language that he didn't understand at all. He didn't know where he was either. Not long after, the middle-aged man ran out of the house, and the middle-aged woman was standing by the door, saying something to him that he still didn't understand. The young samurai only sat at the side of the bed as he was waiting for his head to get better, and then he wanted to leave this place immediately. He thought he must return to the Matsuda clan as soon as possible.
