MARRIED ON A DARE

Russian roulette was nothing compared to this….. Joy and Anthony sat with eyes locked in a fierce battle. Angela her best friend was seated with her husband Kingsley and Leonard. Both men who happened to be Anthony's brothers. They had planned this night of fun but none of them could have predicted how this game was turning out. “It is freaking truth or dare!” Angela wanted to scream as she watched the last two players, in the now tense atmosphere. But she had to have hope that there is an end in sight. It was Joy's turn. She had to think deeply to find a way to defeat this arrogant bastard. A moment passed and then another. “I dare you to … strip naked. Right here, right now”. She sat back in satisfaction, watching his jaw tighten and a frown come on his brow. She knew she had him now. He'd forfeit and she'd win. Slowly he got up and stood, towering above her with his 6’2 frame, like the God of thunder. She watched as his jaw softened and a smile curved the side of his mouth. He could have been on the stage of magic Mike, the way he gently unbuttoned his shirt to reveal a chest so firm you could crack a black walnut on them. Then the pants came off and she was stuck staring at his phallus which even in its resting state, was quite impressive. The loud cheer from his brothers and other patrons at the quaint but tasteful bar, jolted her back to the fact that he had done her dare. With satisfaction, he put on his trousers and sat down, leaving bare the chest that somehow seemed to look glorious in the bar light. “Now ….. my turn”. Anthony took a sip of his beer as he observed the woman seated across from him. He has no idea what he'd say that'd be enough for her to quit. This was going longer than anyone expected. Then it came, like a light bulb coming on in his head. With a smirk, he leaned forward, holding her gaze. “I dare you to marry me…. This night”. The bar went silent. There was no way everyone heard what he said but the bar was silent. She could not blink. “He did it. He found her one weakness” she reasoned. Her heart was breathing aggressively. “God damn it!” she'd hate to lose but it was happening. She could see his brothers and Angela getting ready to leave, all the while chastising her opponent whose gaze had not left hers. “Just say it. Say I win”. She heard him say with that smirk of triumph. If she said the words he wanted, she'd likely have a heart attack. With great pain, she opened her mouth and said it. The bar went quiet again and all eyes were on her. She didn't think admitting defeat would be such a big deal but she wasn't hallucinating. They were all looking at her and then it dawned on her. Her mouth had said something other than what she thought she said.
