Aaron distinctly remembered having heard about the Nagochi before, but he didn’t quite recall in what context. It was Madeline who furnished more information.
“Getting Zhorkas to talk won’t be much of a problem,” Madeline said.
Aaron turned around and asked, “You know this Zhorkas guy?”
“Yeah, where do you think we spent our nights? Solaris has just two human settlements—the Cayuga settlement to the east and the Nagochi settlement to the west.”
Kawasha was left groping for words as he heard Madeline’s bold claim. “How...how could you spend your nights at a cannibal settlement?”
