Aaron was surprised to hear Madeline so readily agree to help the people. They could go straight to the walled town and begin the main quest, instead of spending time on an optional side quest. He didn’t question her decision at the moment, but gladly went along with it.
“We’re gonna help you set up a defensive perimeter.” Aaron glanced at the time on his Z-band and confirmed there were still 6 hours of daylight left. “I think it’s safe to assume that these monsters only come out at night, which means we should get all the work while the sun is still out.
