The next steps

After everyone had returned to the pack house. We thanked everyone for joining us for the night and ended the ceremony. One of the house Omega's reminded me the Elders were in Vincent's office waiting for us. Vincent gave the orders for the Omegas to finish cleaning and go home for the night. It wouldn't be hard as there were still a lot of them left over. We walked into the pack house and were about to head to Vincent's Office when Sage caught up to us.

"Vince, Rosalie. Father requested that the meeting be held in conference room 4." She said to us then gestured to the conference room area.

"Alright" Vincent says and held my hand leading the way to the conference room. As we reached the door it was still open ajar. You could hear people mingling amongst themselves.We slowly opened the door and the room started slowly quiet down. Everyone was looking at us and I felt that this was going to be a long night.

"Evening Alpha and Luna. There are a few things tonight that must be discussed right now." Elder Crane says to us.

"So I guess waiting til morning is not an option." Vincent says with a little annoyance.

"I do apologize. I understand that this is going to be the night you consume your marriage and welcome the Luna. Just that this is a very urgent matter Alpha Vincent." says Elder Mark.

"It has much to do with your Luna. Plus her ties to Queen Rani." Elder Crane continued. "Luna, your wolf resembles Queen Rani's Wolf. It was said that one day her wolf would return to us and guide us back to what we once were. Her rain was to replace the lycan breed of werewolves. As the last lycan passed during the war. She would bring in the peace and help rebuild life for all creatures of the night. As she was the Goddess of the night."

As he continued with his story I could hear Gia chuckling.

'Oh this man does not know. Lycan are still existing werewolves. They are to maintain a quiet status as they rebuild what was destroyed but the betrayal of a man Anthony and his wolf Leo' she said as she growled Leo's name.

'What are you talking about Gia? Is there something we should talk about?' I asked her concerned.

'I think its time you learn our history.' Gia says and went to the back of my mind.

"What would you like us to do. What if this wolf is not the late queens wolf but a who different wolf to begin with? Who is to say that the next heir was not passed to Rosalie?" Says Vincent.

"I concur with Vincent. What if my wolf is not who you say she is? What will we do then? I think to keep everyone safe its best to think that my wolf is not the late queen's. She is a wolf of her own." I said defending my wolf.

'You have a lot of explaining to do after this GIA!' I said to my wolf. I could feel her smiling.

'worried about this.' She says back to me. What is she talking about, I thought to myself?

"As the Luna said, maybe we are thinking too much about the matter. Whatever it is, her wolf is special and I would like this not to travel outside of our pack. It must stay within this room." Vincent said to defend me.

'This is for the best until we find what we are truly searching for Gia' I said to my wolf. She doesn't respond and just went back to the back of my mind. This has me really thinking about what she has been hinting to me. Maybe there is more going on and I need to do more research.

"Luna, let's talk on the side about this" Says Vincent's mother. I nod and follow her to my official Luna office. As we enter she grabs my arm by the book shelf. "Let's go this way." as she opens a secret passageway. "Any Luna that has ruled with the Alpha for Silver Moon pack has been shown this room. We call it the Lunar Room." As we reach the bottom of the stair way there was a Silver door.

"When the pack was made Luna Maribel created this room with the history of when Queen Rani was ruler. I think if you need research or want to know more about the history, you should start here. I have never been one for this history but I was shown this room by the former Luna. This room is only for the Luna's." She said to me as we walked to a particular book shelf. It was a decent room filled with books and very well lit. Next to this bookshelf there was a desk with a small lamp.

"Thank you. Honestly, I was going to start at the library." I said to her. She smiled at me. "The library will only give you the general history. Maybe it's best to start when she starts writing in her diary. From what I was told, it started about 1 year after she became Luna Queen herself." With that, she started to leave but went a different way. She walked to the left side of the room to the middle bookshelf and opened another passage. "If you want to leave, come this way. That way you don't have to climb all the way back up to your office. This should lead you back to the library to the room where the librarian normally would have their office. She is the only other person in this pack that knows of this room."

After she left I went right in to look at the book shelf. Each book was dated with a start day to an end date. The first book that caught my eyes was dated New Chapters January 26th, 1773. I picked up the book and started there.

'Dear Diary,

It has been 1 full year of being Queen Luna and I have never felt so out of place. I knew that being Luna would be hard but to rule all of the wolves is hard. How does one keep the peace with all different kind of wolves? You have Lyncans and Werewolves, now we have to try to keep the peace with the creatures of the night. Dark witches, Dark elves, werebears, werefoxes. Even creatures of the days. Good witches, fairies, Elven, Dragon riders and shifters. Anyone trying to stay hidden from human eyes. The forest are meant for protection and it is needed. Humans have become hunters of mythical creatures. Or so they have called themselves. We are to protect them from the darkness and give them light. I am the queen of the night given the power of the moon to help them hide from the human hunters and My king is the light of the day, to keep our kind as human as possible. Working with the Elven kind has helped us develop a power source to keep many kingdoms safe from human eyes. Tomorrow we will negotiate with the Mer people. I am hoping King Poseiden will be willing to speak with me as the Queen of the moon. For now Good night. Queen Rani.'

'Gia! There are more then werewolves and vampires in the world still' I ask her.

'I feel very few of them but the woodland creatures have gone far into the wooded mountains. They are still thriving but dragons have been wiped from the earth. or so people think. Elven have hidden dragon eggs for over 200 years. Fairies do live along side the elves. Witches and shifters now live amongst the people and can blend in as a human." She says.

'How do you possible know this?' I asked her.

'I am all creatures dear. I am a wolf who feels all those in the night and in the day. We are the light of the moon Rosalie, Do you still not know who you are.' She says.

'I am Rosalie, daughter of the Golden Moon Pack' I said to her.

'I will let you find yourself. This is the only way we can fully recover and fix what was taken from us.' Gia said before going to the back of my mind.

After she left me in my thoughts I decided to take leave the book where it was and come back another day. Vincent is probably looking for me as time was passing by, it was already 1 am. I walked back to the room and I could hear the shower running. I hurried and the bathroom.

"Rosalie, why don't you join me love?" Vincent says while looking out of the shower doors. I giggle and take off my clothes to join him. As I enter the steam shower, I reach for Vincent's body, he was lathering up a lofa with my soap. "Turn my love, let me wash your body for you."

He started washing my back and slowly started washing my arms. "What did you and my mother talk about?" He asked. I felt like the Lunar Room should be a secret for Luna's only. "Nothing more than just my Luna training." I said to him turning around and facing him. He smiled at me and I went in for a kiss.

The kiss turned from a small kiss to a make out session. "Let's get out of here and move this to the bed love." He says in a low voice. I shake my head. He turns off the shower and we get out and dry off our bodies. We started making our way to the bed to finish what we had started. Before I made it to the bed, Vincent picks me up to face him and I wrapped my legs around his body. "Mmmm, love, you smell pleasant." He came back for a kiss while trying to get us to the bed.

He gently lays me on the bed and starts to kissing my lips, slowly he makes his way down my neck and nips at my spot he marked. this sends a wave of pleasure through my body and makes me wet. He starts to caress my breast and takes my left n****e into his mouth. I moan a little.

As he started to slowly move his hand down my body to my sweet spot, I felt uneasy. I felt like we were being watched. I stopped him and he looked at me.

"My love, what is wrong? I thought we were off to a good start." he said in a sad voice.

"Vincent, I don't think we are alone." I said in a mind link to him. He suddenly perked up as if something was wrong.

"You may be right, the south borders are being attacked." He said to me and ran to the closet for shorts.

"Can I come with you?" I asked him. He just turned around and shook his head no. Then hurried down the stairs. Just as he left I saw Sage and Christian coming up to my room.

"Luna, let's get you to safety." ushered Chrisitan. As he directed me to my Luna office. He went to the secret Luna room and I gave him a look. "As your Gemma and protector of the Luna, we need to know these places. Sad to say but even Vincent doesn't know of this place and Sage you are not to say a word to any one about this." Christian said to us.

We went down to the secret room for Luna's and he grabbed the remote from the top of my desk. One of the book shelves opened up to show a 80 in TV.

"This was just installed a few years ago, for security reasons for the Luna. My father had this done to make sure that the Luna had access to the grounds when you were not able to go out there." He says. "It is up to you if you want to watch it. Otherwise you have the option to watch regular tv." with a press of another button a smaller tv comes out of the dresser.

As soon as me and Sage were a little more settled Christain excused himself from the Luna's room to roam the pack house. I could see him in the view of the pack house first floor. It didn't take long for other pack warriors to join him in protecting the pack house. I left the tv open so I could see what was going on.

I could still see a battle just on the Southern border. It seemed that there were retreating back into the forest. Looked like it was more than rouge wolves. There were other night creatures. The pack house was pretty empty because the warriors were now surrounding the pack house. Expect Christian, he was at the entrance of the pack house.

"Seems like it has died down, I hope no one is seriously injured." Sage says to me. I could see Vincent and Ethan returning.

"Let's go join them." I said to Sage. Then mind link Christian. 'We are coming out.'

'Hold of Luna. Something is not right, Stay where you are.' Christian mind linked me back.

"Sage. He asked us to hold off." I said to her holding her back.

"Why?" She questioned.

Just then all the security tv went blank all the cameras were blacked out. What is going on? Than I remembered the Luna's room and the rooms for security do not have the same power source as the rest of the pack. We are lucky. I tried to mind link Christian.

'We have been ambushed outside of the pack house. Stay where you are' He said back to me.

"OH NO! They have infiltrated the pack house Sage." I said out loud.
