Who knew getting a tattoo was against the rules of the school? Technically, it isn’t against the rules. The only rule I saw when I looked it up, was it had to be covered by our school uniform unless we were doing gym class, and our tattoos are definitely covered. There is nothing about letting the school know what, when, where, why and how.
