Victoria’s POV
“Bradon mind linked me; Jamie and Patrick got away,” Robert said, as Jonah gently dragged me out of the dungeon area. I’m glad it was him who grabbed hold of me and not someone else who didn’t know I was the one to alert him and Bradon in the first place. “We are going to take you to see Alicia before placing you in a holding cell. If anyone asks, we were questioning you first because we know you and what you have done to Elly before.”
I grimaced at being reminded of what I had done; “I’m still being put in a holding cell?” I asked as Jonah released a long breath before moving his hand down one of my arms to hold my hand, causing goosebumps to appear on my body.
“We decided it was best to keep the pretense that you were helping Jamie,” Robert answered as I nodded my head
