We had relayed the information Thomas told us to the rest of our party; last night after Thomas and Alpha Wesley surprised me with a birthday cake. Everyone apologized again for forgetting my birthday, but under the circumstances, I could understand.
I told Kelsey, Mum and Dad the same thing when they called last night to wish me happy birthday. Kelsey said she remembered when she was unpacking and saw the birthday card and present. She said it wasn’t much, just a gift card from Judy’s tattoo parlor, which I thanked her for and said, ‘I will get use out of that.’
