Chapter 35The morning arrives abruptly with a bitter cold wind screaming in from the ocean and dark storm clouds filling the horizon both east and west. Katrivus and the high shaman are sitting beside the fire within the leader's dwelling. A male and a female barbarian quickly exit and escort Skken, Ashcon, Sapphyre, Talon, and Lymer inside.
The look of confusion on Ashcon's face elicits an explanation from the high shaman. “Soui Toofen came to me in the night with a revelation on how best to fulfill your quest. Please be seated and we will explain.”
