Chapter 13The Foundation Commandos had arrived in less than eight minutes. Kim was always impressed by them. Foundation Security Forces were essentially thugs. The intelligence requirements to join were minimal and the training was essentially practice at following orders. Each individual Commando, however, was the result of a grueling selection and instruction process. They were trained to issue those orders and work cooperatively to achieve any objective.
