A Mom could not understand daughter's feelings

Samantha thanked Andrea as she climbed out of the car outside James' house. Yet Andrea was silent, preoccupied with the music she was playing. "You have a reason for stopping the car. Don't you know I have to be at the workplace right now for a crucial meeting?" Andrea asked, looking annoyed into Samantha's eyes. Samantha thought her mother had finally caught up with her, but she suddenly looked in the opposite direction and told the driver not to wait for anyone. The car had driven off and across the street within a few seconds. "If my mother has never seen me cry, she certainly hasn't seen my eyes before. But for that, she surely would have seen me." Samantha told herself and made her way toward James's residence. From the outside, it appears to be a modest home with a restricted parking lot, yet, the plants and grass around the house add a special touch. As she pleaded with James not to show his face again, Samantha stepped aside as she pounded on the door. She looked around and knocked again but was too scared to open the door after hearing her name yell loudly. At the same time, James enters the door and peers nervously at Samantha. She turns around and is horrified to discover Andrea staring at her furiously. "You have no right to be here without my consent. Do you think I'm so dim that I'll go along with your ridiculous suggestion that you drop me here?" Andrea glared at Samantha and demanded her return. Samantha turned to James, her eyes welling up with tears because she could not muster the willpower to go against Andrea's wishes. "Andrea, I am willing to take whatever consequences result from your malice against me. But don't make a young girl your vengeful scapegoat if you can help it. If she wants to visit her father, why do you want to take her back?" With some bitterness in his voice, James asked. Andrea claims that she is single and cannot leave Samantha since she is the source of her fame and must follow Samantha's directives even if she is not interested. "And Andrea, she's a psychiatrist, so she's familiar with the patient's state of mind. What business do we have interfering with her joy and dictating the terms of her existence? Don't treat her like the orphan you rescued for your ego; treat her like your child. It is meaningless to claim maternal status if we disregard her autonomy and emotional needs," James replied, and he looked at Samantha quietly sobbing since she felt she couldn't reach out to him. "Samantha!" Andrea yelled, then shut her eyes tightly. Afraid, Samantha bolted for her mother. With tears in her eyes, she expressed her regret and sat in the car, staring at James. "I look up to Samantha as a social role model. I'll never leave you, even if I run into you with Samantha again. You shouldn't bother trying to contact her again because your connection with her has ended." Andrea sat in the car, yelled, and remained there. When the automobile drove away, James stared at Samantha square and begged her forgiveness for their previous conversational lapse. Sitting on the steps, he reflected on the fact that, given what he now knew about Andrea's character, he would never have another chance encounter with Samantha. "For what reason did Samantha visit this residence? Did she need to talk to me about something? When will Andrea set Samantha up for marriage once more?" James questioned as he wiped away his tears and blinked them closed. At home, Andrea locked the outside doors and retreated to her room. Samantha, confused, took a step back toward her room. Andrea yelled, "Samantha, grab this riffle and shoot me," as she flung the weapon in Samantha's direction. Samantha stared into Andrea's tear-filled eyes, surprised by her remarks. Soon after, she ran out of steam and sat on the curb, staring at the rapids. "Sam, I had no idea you'd go so far as to run into an opponent who wants to steal my stuff. I breathed life into you. Therefore, you must pay attention to what I have to say. A spouse of my choosing is required, and I will control every aspect of your life thereafter. Considering that you represent my social standing in the community, you have no business making a call of any kind, "In a strong tone, Andrea stated. Samantha wiped away tears because the mental anguish was too much to handle. Then, with a rifle in hand, she aimed for Andrea's heart and fired, stunning her to the point where she came to her senses when the blood reached her legs. "Samantha!" Andrea called out Peter's name repeatedly, but he did not appear. She bolted outside and quickly summoned a car and security guard to take Samantha to the emergency room. Samantha was checked into the hospital quickly. But Andrea did not attend; she simply did not care about visiting the hospital. The guard and the driver took her to the emergency room and called Andrea to let her know the bill. "Get the doctor to forward his receipts and invoices there. That debt will be settled by me." Andrea abruptly ended the contact without checking in on Samantha or asking how she was doing. "We're low on A+ blood. However, we do not currently carry that blood type in our facility. Therefore, you should check with local blood banks. What happened to her Mom?" The driver did not answer the doctor's question. The driver tried calling Andrea, but she did not pick her up. They tried again and again but still received no response. "Please have your butler, James, call you. He promised to come to her aid." A member of the guard staff remarked. "If Madam learns that Sir James is visiting the Hospital, she will blame me." Afraid, the driver spoke up. "We have no idea what the Doctor is saying, and Madam is refusing to end the call, so we must act immediately. That girl's life is in danger if we're late." James received a call from security saying. As soon as James heard that Samantha was at the hospital, he made the quick trip there.
