**Four Days Later**
I stood at the nurse’s station in the hospital waiting for my ‘brother’ to finally show up. I’d been waiting all of four minutes when I started to walk away.
“Derion,” a deep voice called from behind me. My lip twitched at the disrespect but I kept walking away. He just laughed as he caught up to me and walked in time beside me. I didn’t bother to acknowledge him and I just led him to the hospital’s laboratory on the third floor.
“So, you’re just going to ignore me the whole way? That’s kinda rude. Dad didn’t teach you any manners?” he asked, as we stepped into the elevator.
