Lucas a beta from the North West pack came looking for King Cassius“Where is the King” Lucas said “He is in his chambers and he is not ready to see anyone at this time” Roy a guard said “I demand to see him now it is really urgent” Lucas said “Go in and tell him that it is urgent and I need to see him immediately” Lucas said Roy nodded and went towards the king’s chambers to see him “Your highness someone demands to see you” Roy said ‘And who may that be” Cassius asked “He is from a different pack and he said it is urgent that he sees you” Roy said bowing down “Humph let him in immediately” Cassius said Roy rushed out and invited Lucas to the king’s chambers “King Cassius good day” Lucas said “Yes fella what brings you here”“I am Lucas a beta from the North West pack” Lucas said “A beta?” Cassius scoffed “I don’t speak to betas, if there is any problem let your alpha bring it to me directly” Cassius saiod “He would have done so but he was attacked” Lucas said “What do you mean by attacked?” Cassius asked ‘“There is an unknown enemy pack attacking my pack and they seem more powerful and alert so I was sent by the elders of my pack to deliver this message to you” Lucas said “What!” he exclaimed “Go back home and arrange for a war” Cassius told him “Okay your highness” Lucas said Over at the North West pack Lucas came back dropping the information from Cassius and immediately they all prepared for the war against the enemy pack At the desired day of the war Cassius went to North West pack with few of his men and they were ready to attack King Cassius transformed to black werewolf with sharp fangs as he raced with speed and the attack began the enemy pack which were the shadow pack and rebels came out and started attacking them, Cassius fought hard and used his sharp fangs to fling them asides he rushed to the mountains and howled and suddenly mire of his men came and the attack became tougher and as they fought and more members of Shadow Pack came The wolves encircled themselves while glaring into each other’s red eyes and growling ferociouslyOne of the members of Shadow Pack killed one of Cassius’ men which made him so angry then he went directly to their alpha and tore his skin in anger and cut a gash in his ear but this wasn’t enough he threw their alpha into the crowd of other wolves but their alpha was not giving up then Cassius pierced his fingers into their alpha’s chest and deep into his heart and killed him then when the beta noticed what has happened he tried attacking Cassius but Cassius was not ready to lose to a beta so he pushed him and they rolled over and over till Cassius pushed him and bit him so hard that he winced in pain and he defeated him and won the battle.When he returned home the news of how Cassius won the battle had already travelled and they were all prepared to welcome him after his victory “Welcome son” Queen Claudia said as she hugged her son All the servants bowed and greeted him as he walked in and greeted him Cassius retired to his chambers to rest besides he just had a long day and needed rest, Queen Claudia personally came to meet him and served him his dinner “Mother you did not have to” Caccius said “Well is it bad if I decide to serve my son his dinner” Queen Cecilia said “No mother I did not say it was bad but there was absolutely no reason for you to stress yourself” Cassius said looking at his mother who is just too caring and loving“Well eat up son” Queen Cecilia said Cassius ate up as he stared at his mother who was just smiling with him as he ate which made me a little uncomfortable “Mother do you have anything to say?” He asked her “Well yes” she said “Okay I’m all ears” Cassius said “My son today you proved to everyone that you are indeed an ultimate alpha, you went out and fought a battle very well but there is something missing and you need a mate my son because you can’t rule alone there are many princesses in this community so choose one from any pack and make that one your wife” Queen Cecilia said “Mother not again with this talk” Cassius said “When I am ready I will choose a wife” he said “When you are ready? You have been saying this statement for a long time but you have not made any effort do you want your subjects to think that you are not responsible enough to settle down and build a family, you know it is not about winning wars very soon I will grow old and I would not be here for you and your sister will get married and start her family and you need someone to call home and that is why you need a family and pups to carry on your lineage well just like you are carrying your father’s ;lineage so please Cassius the earlier you start the hunt for your wife the better. I am only doing this because I care about you so much” Queen Cecilia said holding he son’s face “Mother it is okay and you have said well and I will start the hunt for my wife” Cassius said “Very well my son” Queen Cecilia said “I will pass on the message to the various packs to inform them that I am seeking fir a wife and any one with royalty in their blood is fit to apply for the position” Cassius said Queen Cecilia smiled and hugged him then left feeling so happy that her son has finally agreed to get a wife
