The news about Cassius winning the war and bringing peace to the North West pack was all around and Cassius became the topic of all, indeed Cassius was fit to be the ruler Cassius summoned a meeting with all the packs in his regions it was an emergency one and all the alphas and betas were meant to be present in the meeting. When some of the alphas of some packs heard the news about Cassius demanding to see them they got confused and wondered what he wanted but Cassius had something big for them.“Good day all so I called this emergency meeting because I have news which might be interesting to you” Cassius said then took a deep breath“As you may know I have been ruling this community for a long time since my late father died and I have been doing this effortlessly and well and just recently I won a battle but I seem to realized that something is meeting and that is I need a wife because I need someone to be by my side while I rule and someone to bear my pups so I have officially decided to look for a wife and anyone can apply to be my wife as long as they are royalty so go and get your princesses ready for my wife selection” Cassius said “There were lots of murmuring in the room as no one expected Cassius to settle down quick“Well it is good news that you have decided to settle down and I wish you find your wife soon” Alstin an alpha said “Thank you so much so please go back to your packs and spread the news” Cassius said The entire Alpha’s went back to their pack and announced to their various princesses that King Cassius is looking for a wife and any of them can apply as long as they are royalty, this made them so happy because King Cassius was really a charming one and the dream of any princess.Princess Aubrey heard about this and was so happy because this was finally the time that King Cassius will be hers so she knew she had to prepare because others princesses are indeed preparing hard for this selection.Back at King Cassius palace even the maids were talking about this news on the wife selection “Have you heard the recent news going round” Sandra said “And what may that be” Andrea said “Well King Cassius is looking for a wife and he has told all the alphas to prepare their princesses for the search” Sandra said “Well its high time he gets married” Lucia said “Well I will love to apply to be Cassius’ wife” Sandra said Lucia looked at her surprised “Sandra please can you hear yourself clearly” Lucia said “How do you plan on marrying hi when you are a mortal and he is an immortal it just won’t work at all that is totally absurd” Lucia said “You need to remove those silly fantasies from your head because they are never going to happen and you need to face the hard truth, we humans are slaves to this immortals and way inferior as they are higher grades than us so they will never look at us not to talk of marrying we are just slaves to them so please watch the way you talk so you will not get us killed” Lucia said then walked out Sandra was devastated by what Lucia said not like she didn’t know all these but she wasn’t yet ready to face it and this broke her and she wondered why werewolves and humans couldn’t live equally.King Cassius was in his chambers reading a book when he saw his sister walk in “My princess is anything the matter?” Cassius asked“Not at all everything is okay” Princess Alexia said “So what do I owe this little visit” Cassius said “Well I just decided to come and see you and tell you that I am so happy with this recent news of you deciding to take this bold step to take a wife” Alexia said “Well I thought about it and I really need a woman in my life to stick besides me and help me run the community and someone who can be my safe place” Cassius said “Exactly and that is what we have been trying to tell you since but I’m happy you have made this bold step now”: Alexia said “So do you have any princess in mind?” Alexia asked her brother “Well I don’t have any in mind for now” Cassius said “What about Princess Aubrey?” Alexia asked “What happened to Princess Aubrey?” Cassius asked her “Is she not worthy and fit enough to be your wife?” Alexia asked Cassius just laughed “Well Princess Aubrey of more of a sister to me so I clearly don’t see her that way and let’s stop talking about her like this it is really so weird” Cassius said Princess Aubrey nodded and agreed “So what type of woman are you looking for exactly?” Alexia asked Cassius while smiling “Well” Cassius said and adjusted his self on the couch “I am actually looking for a powerful woman that will support me in time of need, someone who will love me as much as I love her, a woman who can go for battle and come out undefeated and someone intimating yet so beautiful and fragile at heart and soul and a really attractive lady that will raise my pups very well and together we can rule and become more powerful” Cassius said “Well that is really nice and I hope you find you Luna wolf” Princess Alexia said “I really hope I do” Cassius said chuckling Alexia retired to her chambers while Cassius kept on reading his book thinking of what the future holds and if he will be able to get his dream wife but what if there is a twist?
