With a disheartened heart, Ella grabbed Sam’s hand and dragged him out of the confined space. She knew he would be out of control and losing his restraint in front of a vampire was no good.
“Come. Let’s go!” Ella urged desperately when seeing Sam’s eyes narrowing into horizontal slits in the dark.
