It's about to get b****y.

It's already been 3 months since the girls started their Hema training and they've already learned most of the basics. Because of the accident at the school they were allowed to leave school early and have been able to focus on training. The girls are now in their favorite cafe discussing the strange encounters they've been having. Fortunately the mimics haven't attacked the girls but whenever they are out in the town they catch people either staring or following them but since they were in a public place the people never tried anything. " The swords finally came in!!! Who would've known it takes so long to make swords!?" Clover yelled excitedly " Now if we catch any mimics following us we can stab them in between the eyes!" Clover finished. " Slow down, we can't just go around slicing up anyone we catch staring or following us, I mean it's still weird if their actual people but people aren't angels themselves, we need a way to try and detect if it is a mimic in disguise, Did anyone notice anything different about the teacher when we were attacked?" Janasia asked. "I mean she stunk but she stinks anyway. Though she really did smell like death, I don't know if that was the mimic or the actual dead body". Roxanne said. "The mimic I saw at my house stunk too. I never really acknowledged it because of everything else going on. And there iris might be black" Hannah said. "I'm pretty sure the teachers eyes were like that anyway, she said she had some kind of condition at the beginning of the year" Janasia told her. "Yeah but my mom's eyes were blue. So it looks like they can't change everything about the person they mimic, from now on be on the look out for smell and eye color, it's not a lot but it's all we've got to work with. Any objections?" Hannah asked. the girls shook their heads. " Alright moving on. We have to start going out more. Staying here all the time puts us at risk, we're basically sitting ducks, so during the day we'll try to be out as much as possible and at night we'll have to come back here. We can't go to anyone else's house cause that'll put our families at risk. No offense Clover, it's just that your parents are always gone, I mean they've already left and came back 4 times." Hannah said "It's okay, I understand. but talking about parents, are we just not going to tell them anything about this?" Clover asked. "There's no point in trying, they won't believe us anyway." Roxanne said. "I mean you're right, it just feels kinda scary that we're still kids and we have to do this all by ourselves." Clover said with a sad expression. Hannah placed a hand on Clover's shoulder, " Well that's why we're training, so we can not only protect ourselves but our families too. Besides when we're able to prove that the mimics so exist, it'll be pretty funny to tell our parents that we're super cool badasses." Hannah told her, as she laughed. " But for right now we should try to enjoy ourselves, we can't have these things push us in a corner" Hannah told the group. 2 weeks later The girls just spent the day at the skating ring and we're on there way out when they noticed it was dark. "Crap what time is it, I promised my mom I would call her at 10:00 pm." Clover asked " Well it's already an hour past that, and why are you so worried your the reason were so late anyway?" Roxanne asked. "You guys should be lucky I didn't die from food poisoning, that ranch was rancid!" Clover exclaimed. " We told you 4 times not to eat it!" Hannah laughed. " A part of life is living, I can't live if I'm afraid to try things. Besides, that was a learning experience, now I know what bad ranch tastes like" Clover defending herself. The girls walked into the alleyway and picked up their things. "I get tired of having to hide this stuff everytime we go out." Clover sighed. " I don't think we would've been allowed to bring swords inside of a skating ring Clove" Janasia told her. Janasia, Hannah, and Clover laughed while Roxanne looked off into the distance " Doesn't that guy look strange to you?" She asked with a worried look. "Yeah, but the last guy that looked weird was just a regular person. We almost got arrested because CLOVER tried to fight him." Hannah said with a loud emphasis on Clover. "But what about those 2 over there?" Janasia asked as she looked at 2 men further down the street from them on the opposite side. The creepy thing is that the men weren't doing anything, just standing there, they weren't even talking. Since it was late the only light shining was from the street lights, casting a shadow over the strangers face so the girls couldn't see their eyes but their heads were facing the girls direction so they knew they were looking at them. "Let's just keep going, Janasia pull out your spear just in case" Hannah told them. Janasia pulled out a small metal pole that Clover gave to her a while ago because she wasn't really adjusting to the sword. There's a small button at the top that makes that spear shoot out of the bottom. While the girls trained with their swords, Janasia had a teacher showing her how to use her new weapon. "Clover, when we get close enough I want you to shine the flash on your phone in their face so we can see there eye color. Janasia you keep an eye on that guy behind us". Hannah whispered to them. Hannah and Roxanne snuck their swords from their bags while Janasia watched behind them and Clover got her phone ready. When the girls were about 10 feet from the men Clover flashed them with her light. The men's eyes were pitch black and when the light flashed them the barred their jagged teeth at the girls and started walking towards them. The girls could hear their bones start to c***k as they started shifting into their mimic forms. "f**k" Hannah said as she gripped the handle of her sword.
