We get inside the fancy restaurant he brought me. The interior felt luxurious from every corner. The big chandelier is proof that this place is not intended for commoners like me.
I sighed when we found a table next to the corner. There are not many people here, maybe because it's already past one in the afternoon.
"Hey, Mr. Eros, you can treat me to a much cheaper place. It looks like the food here is my salary for the next few months," I said to him enough for him to hear.
He cackle. "Please call me Christian when we are outside. It is not like I am still your boss now. Aside from that, if I can treat you in a better place, why shouldn't I?" he said like it is a trivial matter.
I know he is beyond imaginable rich, but I am still bothered and uncomfortable
