I decided to give him advice although I have no idea if he has a plan someday on having a family on his own.
"Christian, someday if you will have and wish to have a family, and finally become a parent, you will finally understand what I am saying here. You will learn that there is no greater happiness for a mother or a father more than their child's happiness."
I can see that he is quite taken aback by what I said. But he smiled at nodded.
"I salute people like you. I have no idea how hard to become a parent, thus being a single mother, but I know that you are more than what you are. A strong and brave woman like you can surpass anything beyond any hardship."
