Chapter 41: HomecomingCody had dressed in his tight jeans, a plaid shirt, cowboy boots, and his dad’s cowboy hat. He sat on the bed with Rusty in his lap, and watched Jace checking himself in the full-length mirror they’d hung on the bedroom wall.
The jeans hugged Jace’s butt perfectly, and the chaps just added to the look. He wore a plaid shirt, vest, and cowboy boots. His final move was to put on his cowboy hat.
“Nice,” Cody said, “You look good enough to eat, Jace. If we didn’t have to get over to Elvira’s, I’d tear your clothes off you.”
“Hang onto that thought,” Jace said then kissed Cody. “Have I told you that I love you today?”
