Chapter 23: Fun Times“Woo-hoo,” someone shouted from Cody’s room.
Jace, Cody, and Hamilton turned.
“That was my ex budding star,” Hamilton said, then smiled.
They got into the golf cart that Cody was using, and Jace drove toward the old west town. When they got there, Hamilton asked Jace to stop.
“I came here when I was a kid,” Hamilton said. “This place was awesome.”
“So that’s why you agreed to Cody’s idea so quickly,” Jace said.
“There’s a story here,” Hamilton said, “I can feel it in my bones.”
“Jace and Macon also have a riding school on property,” Cody said. “They’re the real deal cowboys, too.”
“We also did the rodeo circuit,” Jace said.
“The story with you all gets more and more interesting, doesn’t it?” Hamilton said.
