Chapter 22: Another Day
Burbick POV The day came too soon for me, I was still so tired. The chair bed is very comfortable and I just want to curl up in a ball and sleep the day away but, I cannot. I vowed to Alicia and Shepherd that I would help them on their journey and I intend to keep that vow. Today we are going to the dangerous cliffs by the ocean where the Jawa birds live. No one from my people ever go there because of how horrible the Jawa birds are. The entire cliff area is blocked off by fences and a dense forest as well so it's difficult to get there, not like anyone would want to anyway. Jawa birds are vicious, evil creatures that can rip a man to shreds in less than minute. They are enormous in size and have a very sizeable wing span as well.
