A love like no other Rebecca.

All my life, all I can remember is being told "No Rebecca" this and "No Rebecca" that, it really didn't matter what it was for it was always just NO. Do you want to know why! I'm the baby of the family, I can get away with almost anything except going out alone with friends and having a boyfriend. It's insane and so not fair, everyone else my age can have a boyfriend, but I can't. Sometimes I feel as if my life isn't my own. If my parents aren't around, I always have my siblings breathing down my neck... I have two older brothers and an older sister. Don't get me wrong I love my family so much I'd be broken without them, but all I'm asking for is a little bit of freedom to make some decision on my own. Funniest thing to ever happen, I have a guy best friend we've been friends since small. The only reason he is still in my life and still my best friend, because he doesn't like me as a girl, I'm like one of the guys for him. He was warned from day one when we were little, we can only be friends and he got reminded every time he came over to visit. He's part of the family now, we all go on vacation together, I've had to get over my crush on him because for one I don't want to break a friendship that's been going since we were 4years old and two, He doesn't like me like that I'm just family. So right at this moment I'm getting ready for school because Riley(16) will be here any minute to fetch me. Mom and Dad are away on business so I'm home with Nate(22) and Hayley(24) because they still live at home while they study. Just Corbin(27) who has his own place and a job, newly married to Claire. I however am only 15, my birthday is next month and i will be turning 16 im so excited I can finally apply for my Learners Permit, I could have done it already but with everyone so over protective I have to wait until after my 16th to take the test. Riley came through the front door with a smile, knowing full well that my parents were gone for the next few weeks. Which means it's house party time! Nate and Hayley came down the stairs laughing, making plans with Riley about the party... I walked towards the front door shaking my head. Sometimes in life you just have to go with the flow, I heard from behind me. Turning around I found it to be Riley, I blinked back at him as if asking if he was talking to me or his phone. He laughed and said yes you sweetie I'm talking to you. what do you say party at your place this Friday... Friday as in tomorrow you want to throw a house party with less than a day to plan. Riley looked at me as if I was strange. Yeah what's the problem? It's not like we've never done it before... come on Rebecca it will be so much fun. He sounds so convincing it's so hard to resist. Let's hope I don't regret this decision, is everyone on board I don't want to get in trouble with Corbin or mom and dad.
