“Let me see you two off,” Mason said.

Mason, Professor MacPherson and Ayla walked in the direction of the entrance door, Mason opened the door and the trio exited the sitting room. They walked to where Professor MacPherson parked his car.

“See you soon, sir,” Mason said.

“Alright, sir. Ayla, make sure you take good care of yourself,” professor MacPherson said.

“Alright, dad; I will,” Ayla said and walked away.

Mason walked in the direction of the entrance door while Professor MacPherson entered his car, he wore the seat belt and started the car. At a high speed, the car moved away from Mason’s house.

Sadie stood up from the bed, she stretched her body, wore a pair of slippers and walked in the direction of the door. She walked to the sitting room and saw Wesley, Aubrey and Ethan sitting on different couches.

“It’s 6:55 am already and you have just woken up,” Aubrey said as Sadie walked into the sitting room.

“I am very tired, mum,” Sadie said, and sat beside Ethan on a couch.

“Good morning, sister Sadie,” Ethan said.

“Good morning, Ethan. Good morning, dad,” Sadie said.

“Good morning, Sadie. I guess you still need some rest?” Wesley said.

“Yes, dad; I will do that after tidying up the clutter,” Sadie said.

“That’s good. I want to leave for work now, Aubrey,” Wesley said, and stood up.

“Hold on, dad! The music contest is two days to go,” Sadie said slowly.

“Wow! I hope you are set?” Wesley said.

“Yes, dad; but I need a blue shirt, a black skirt and a pair of black shoes,” Sadie said.

“Don’t you have all these you've mentioned?” Wesley said.

“I only have a pair of black shoes, dad,” Sadie said.

“Alright. I guess you need some money?” Wesley said.

“Yes, dad. 50 USD will be okay,” Sadie said and gazed at Wesley’s face.

Wesley dipped his left hand into one of his pockets, he took out some bank notes. He separated 60 USD bank notes from the whole money and handed the money to Sadie.

“Thank you, dad,” Sadie said as she collected the money.

“You are welcome. Ethan, go and bring my bag for me in my room,” Wesley said.

“Alright, dad,” Ethan said.

Ethan walked to Wesley’s room. He removed a bag from the wall and carried the bag to the sitting room.

“Here is your bag, dad,” Ethan said.

“Thank you,” Wesley said as he collected the bag from Ethan.

“Have a nice day at the workplace, Wesley,” Aubrey said.

“And you too; I want to go now,” Wesley said.

“Let me see you off,” Aubrey said and stood up from the couch she was sitting on.

Aubrey collected the bag Wesley was holding and the couple walked in the direction of the entrance door. When they were closer to the door, Wesley opened the door and they exited the sitting room. The duo walked to where Wesley’s car was parked and Wesley collected his bag from Aubrey.

“Thank you, Aubrey,” Wesley said as he collected the bag from Aubrey. He opened the boot of the car, put the bag inside the boot and closed the boot.

“Goodbye, Aubrey,” Wesley said, and hugged Aubrey.

Wesley opened one of the doors of the car and entered the car. He wore the seatbelt and drove the car away. Aubrey trailed the car as it disappeared into the thin air. She spat and walked in the direction of the entrance door. She opened the door, closed the door behind and walked to the sitting room. When she got inside, she could see Liam now sitting close to Ethan on the couch.

“Good morning, ma,” Liam said.

“Morning, Liam. What kept you so long before waking up?” Aubrey said and sat down beside Sadie on the couch.

“I have woken up since. I was with Davies who was writing the script in the room,” Liam said.

“Script? It’s too early. I don’t think he has brushed his teeth,” Ethan said.

“Ethan, why would you say that? Davies had brushed his teeth,” Liam said.

“It’s alright. I pray Davies’ talents will make him great one day,” Aubrey said.

“Amen!!” Ethan and Liam said.

“Mum, I will be going to the plaza today. Will you follow me?” Sadie said as she gazed at Aubrey who was sitting close to her on the couch.

“Yeah, I will definitely follow you,” Aubrey said.

“Thank you, Mum. We will go to the plaza before midday,” Sadie said, and Aubrey nodded her head in affirmation.

Aubrey stood up from the couch she was sitting on, she sauntered towards the direction of the table and said, “I am off to the kitchen now; we need to make the cooking snappy.”

Sadie said as she sighed, “Wait for me mum.”

“Hold on, Sadie…, Ethan, make sure you tidy up the clutter,” Aubrey said as she stagnated herself instantly.

“Mum, sister Sadie said she would tidy up the clutter,” Ethan said and grimaced.

“As you can see, I myself and Sadie are about to go to the kitchen to start the cooking, so she won’t have time to tidy up the clutter. Besides, we will be leaving for the plaza anytime from now,” Aubrey said. She sauntered away in the company of Sadie.

Liam glimpsed at Ethan’s face, he could see a glare on his face. “Cheer up, Ethan. Alright…, I will assist you with the clutter tidying,” Liam said.

“That’s why I love you. Shall we proceed?” Ethan said.

“Sure!” Liam said. Liam and Ethan stood up from the couch and began to tidy up the clutter.
