My 10 Year Ordeal of a Paranoid Wife is a raw, darkly humorous, and deeply reflective memoir that pulls readers into the private battles of a marriage strained by suspicion and emotional turmoil. Through vivid, firsthand accounts, the author narrates life with a partner whose constant paranoia turns ordinary moments into episodes of tension, accusation, and conflict. What begins as love and hope gradually transforms into a daily struggle for peace, freedom, and self-preservation.

With honesty and courage, the book exposes how unchecked jealousy can erode trust, distort reality, and imprison both partners emotionally and physically. Each chronicle captures a specific incident—some shocking, some absurd, others painfully familiar—revealing the psychological toll of living under constant scrutiny. Yet beneath the frustration and pain lies resilience, introspection, and the quest for personal growth.

More than a marital story, this book is a social mirror, highlighting issues of mental health, toxic relationships, and the silence many endure behind closed doors. Written in a clear, engaging style, My Chronicles of a Paranoid Wife challenges readers to reflect on love, boundaries, and self-worth. It is a compelling read for anyone who has experienced controlling relationships, survived emotional a***e, or seeks to understand the thin line between love and obsession.

My 10 Year Ordeal With a Paranoid Woman-Part 1
We were childhood friends yes, she was beautiful and she liked me very much I can't deny. Sometimes she could snick in food items and being it to my place ( at that time, I was staying at my uncle's place). When I went to high school we lost touch until i completed campus. After completing college, I went to Nairobi in search of a job. What I found were casual jobs that could barely sustain me. However,I felt so lonely to stay alone. Through my cousins network, I got the contact of my girlfriend, who at that time was staying in Sotik. The place I had grown up. We started talking, rekindling memories of childhood friendship. The interesting bit is that she didn't have a phone and so we used to talk through her mothers phone. She didn't object or limit her conversation with me. I ignored the fact that she lacked a phone at that time yet she was over 20. Practically, someone relying on her mother's phone despite her reaching a dating age is a sign of laziness and irresponsibility.i came to learn later that she was too lazy to work and therefore afford a phone. Check out part 2 hi (how she came to my place in Nairobi)
