Chapter 2. Lunar Eclipse Scarlett

All I knew was I was being carried outside to under the moon far away from the pack house. Thank Goddess those stupid wolves didn't need to see me shift. I looked up at my mate. He was strong and had the most beautiful pair of emerald green eyes and onyx hair. His smell of forest rain and lavender calmed me down as more pain ripped through me.

"Scarlett, you need to breathe." he said, his breath coming out in pants.

I knew he could feel my pain through the bond. I wish he didn't feel it and would have rejected me, but he didn't, and our bond was already so strong.

The pain was becoming unbearable. I screamed, and I faintly heard him growl from his own pain.

"Dean..... don't let anyone see me shift, please." I said between burst of pain

"I'm taking you deep into the forest baby no one will see you, I promise." he said back gruffly.

I couldn't think about the fact that he called me baby right now. All I could think about was the pain, and if he didn't put me down soon, I would shift for the first time in his arms.

" Dean, you have to put me down." I said to him.

"We are almost there hold on a bit longer, baby please don't shift in my arms." he said to me.

I moaned in pain, and he growled. I couldn't hold on much longer. I could feel my bones starting to break, and my skin was starting to burn and crawl. I screamed, and he faltered in his running. My vision started to blur, and I couldn't hold on anymore, and he couldn't either he had fallen to his knees from my pain. He was growling and trying not to let his wolf out himself.

I arched my back off the ground where he had dropped me. The moon was completely covered. I had to shift, and all I heard was him screaming my name.

"SCARLETT!!!!!!"

Dean's pov

She had shifted, and I was looking at the most beautiful wolf I had ever seen she had red eyes and black fur with a red crescent moon in the middle of her forehead and Silget wouldn't stop nagging me about shifting too but I wasn't sure if we should because she was panting hard and looking lost. She was the most beautiful special wolf I had ever seen. Her eyes landed on mine, and I knew I needed to shift to Silget. I shifted and let Silget take full control. He was a big gray wolf with a blue crescent moon on his forehead they locked eyes and in unison howled at the lunar Eclipse. At that moment red and blue sparks flew in the air and Scarlett or her wolf rather, and Silget started to play and prance together beginning the mating process for them.I went to the back of mine and Silget's mind and let them have there fun. It was almost dawn, and they were cuddled up with each other.

"Dean, we can shift back now. I'm tired." Silget said to me. We shift back and I see Scarlett laying there naked and her back was facing me. What I seen had me seeing red!

"Scar, who did this to you?" I asked her barely able to contain my anger, my hands were shaking so bad.

She just looked at me with tears in her eyes.

"It looks awful doesn't it, I know it's ugly you should just reject me now get it over with." she said while sobbing.

"What? No, Scar that's not gonna happen especially since Silget has mated with Ruby he wouldn't allow me to, on top of that I don't want too. I just need to know how you got all those scars on your beautiful body." I told her

She looked back at me with those sunset eyes of hers and I almost kissed her but held back because she was upset.

"I.......I got them because I wasn't doing my jobs right. I also got a bunch because I didn't listen to the alpha or the Luna, because they have no control over me, I'm the packs slave." she said and hung her head I could see the tears dripping off her chin onto her hands she had clenched on her knees.

"You deserve someone better than me I'm not worth a damn thing especially to an alpha like you.Just reject me now so I can die in peace. I know they are gonna kill me when I get back because I don't have food ready for them especially after the ball last night." she said still crying.

I just looked at her, so beautiful but so dumb did she think for a second I was gonna reject her after what happened between our wolves not a chance.

"Scar, baby, I'm not gonna reject you I'm gonna kill that pack for ever hurting you and torturing my future luna. Do you understand me baby I'm not letting you go ever." I said to her and bending down, I took her chin in my hand tilted her head up to look at me and I captured her lips in mine in a breath taking kiss!
