In the modern world, this phobia became widely known because of Stephen King's novel, It (1986) which featured a killer clown named Pennywise, or a Joker character from the DC universe. But compared to these two fictional characters, there is a clown that spreads terror in the real world: John Wayne Gacy, a r****t, torturer, and murderer. Most victims are young men. His s******c crime made him attached to the middle name "The Killer Clown". Just like the Joker clown in the DC universe that was formed was not without reason, Gacy too. Its origins can be traced from its bitter experience as a child, can be read in Tim Cahill's book, Buried Dreams: Inside the Mind of Serial Killer John Wayne Gacy (2014). Gacy was born in Chicago, United States, on March 17, 1942. His father, John Stanley Gacy, was a World War I veteran who worked as a car mechanic. He educated Gacy very hard. Understandably, John is an alcoholic. Gacy, for example, had been beaten with a trouser belt because he had screwed up the parts arrangement in the workshop. On another occasion he was flogged with a razor sharpening belt after being accused of harassing a neighbor's daughter. Also read: The Story of Mary Bell and Why a Child Can Be a Murderer Often his father went berserk for no apparent reason. Gacy was once beaten with a broom until he passed out. Mental t*****e also comes through negative speech. Gacy was labeled a stupid child who was never better than his two sisters. One time Gacy stole a toy truck from a neighboring shop. His father found out, then again beat him with a pants belt. Mrs. Gacy managed to stop it. Since then Gacy has been called a "child of a mommy," "sissy," and is predicted to grow up as a queer as an adult. Gacy's school and home environment was filled with perpetrators of silencing. Gacy was also a victim of s****l harassment by a member of her friend's family. This experience he kept a secret from his parents for fear of being scolded by his father. Gacy spent her teen years with difficulty. In the mid-1960s his life began to stabilize. He lives in Waterloo while handling several fast food restaurants, getting married young, and having children. But underneath the mask of life stability, Gacy had another face. He uses drugs. In the basement of his house, he often invites restaurant workers to drink. There, Gacy teased them. At this point it can be seen that Gacy's s****l orientation is gay or bisexual. There also, Gacy crossed the line. In 1968 he was charged with sodomy on two teenage boys, and sentenced to 10 years in prison. After only 18 months serving his sentence, Gacy received parole with a probation period of 21 months. The conditions, he returned to Chicago to live with his mother. Gacy then bought a house in the Norwood Park Township area with the help of his mother. In this place he committed s****l harassment to the murder of nearly 30 people. Everything is done neatly, while being normal out there. The Always Smiling Clown Gacy started the profession as a provider of painting, decorating and home care services in the early 1970s. He presents himself as a good citizen and member of the local community. He is active in public activities, including holding an annual summer eve party in 1974. Clifford L. Linedecker in The Man Who Killed Boys (1993) relates that in 1975 Gacy joined Jolly Joker, a local clown club whose members perform regularly at fundraising events or parades to entertain pediatric patients in hospitals. Gacy designed the costume and put on her own makeup. But, if the other clowns who apply red paint in a round shape around the lips, Gacy makes both angles pointed upwards. As a result, Gacy's face was always laughing. Just like a Joker. Pogo the Clown or Patches the Clown - thus the name of the clown character Gacy. He looks funny and entertaining — at least in classic clown glasses. However, behind the clown character who is always smiling, Gacy performs his s******c actions. When he was stopped at the terminal he was invited by Gacy to go around Chicago. McCoy did not refuse. He was not suspicious when asked to stay at Gacy's house because the night was getting late. The next day, Gacy woke up in surprise because McCoy stood at the door of the room while holding a kitchen knife. In the book Buried Dreams: Inside the Mind of a Serial Killer, Gacy then ambushes McCoy, who immediately raises both hands in surrender. The knife McCoy was holding down, accidentally slicing Gacy's arm. Both of them struggled on the floor, kicking each other, until finally Gacy grabbed the knife andg men.
