"WHAT DO YOU MEAN, I'm married?" Alxander Gates asked Attorney Esmeralda George, their family attorney. "It was stated here, Al, that you're legally married to Ms. Chryst Iane Hermosa," Attorney George replied. Al massaged his temple and sighed. He didn't expect that Attorney George will barge into his office and allegedly told him that he's already married. The attorney was excited to tell him about it, since his grandmother's last will and testament stated that he needs to get married before he will turn twenty-five years old, in order for him to get what his grandmother left for him. What Attorney George said gave him a headache! Him? Being married to a complete stranger? That's insane! Maybe Attorney George was just messing around about marriage. Oh, grandma! What have done this time? He thought. "I don't know what you're talking, Attorney George." He said it, calmly. "I don't know who is that my-so-called wife." Attorney George was confused. She don't know who or what to believe, since the cenomar stated that he's married to Chryst Iane Hermosa last December 17, 2018. They've been married for a year and a month now. She's confused how Al ended up being married without any idea about it. "How come you are legally married, Al? Don't tell me, this cenomar lies?" She asked Al, out of confusion. Al breathe heavily. "I don't know what you're talking about, Attorney George. I didn't know how I ended up in this situation," he replied then stood up. "Trust me, Attorney George. I don't have any idea about this." She shook her shoulders. "Oh well, I was really hoping about you being married already," she said, as she got Chairwoman Xandra's—Al's late grandmonther—last will and testament out of her envelope. "By the way, Al, I will read the last statement on your grandma's last will and testament." Attorney George read the last statement of Xandra's last will and testament that she haven't mentioned to Al yet. The late Chairman Xandra asked a favor from her not to mention the last statement to Al, not until he gets married. She just want to make sure that Al will get married not because her last will and testament, but she wants him to get married because of love, love itself. Al was excited what he heard about her grandma's last statement of her last will and testament, but everything faded as he heard the last two sentence of the statement. "Alxander Gates can only get his properties and everything that I left for him, when he got married before he reached his twenty-five years in life. But if, he won't get married before his twenty-fifth birthday, all the properties and amount of money will be donated to the charity I've chosen..." Attorney George read the sentences, which made Al gaze at her. "That's the purpose why I have this cenomar on my hand to check if you're still single, Al. I just knew about this 'cause, this was delivered to my office yesterday. Chairman Xandra would be happy to know about this... May her soul rest in peace." He got frustrated by everything. Why does her grandma always pressured him to get married? Besides, he doesn't have any plans yet on getting married, maybe at 30's, but not at this age. He's still twenty-four for Pete's sake and he's turning, twenty-five in six months. Fuck! Why does she always pressure me about marriage? He thought. She really stated that, huh? "So apparently, you're turning twenty-five in six months, Al." Attorney George said. She sighed when she remembered Al's explanation earlier. Does he really not know about him being married to Ms. Hermosa? But how come he was married to her? "But if your explanations were true, I'll file a case regarding this cenomar." He sighed in relief. "Please, help me with this, attorney." He begged and went back to his seat. A thought came out of nowhere about his grandma's last will. If he is still single, he won't get what his grandma left for him. What should he do now? "I think that's all, Al. I'll contact you about your case," attorney said. She put back the papers inside her envelope, then stood up. "But if you have questions, just contact me. Good day, Al." She added and left his office. He was thinking about that cenomar and the so-called-wife of him. He don't have any idea who that woman was and her name, it's not familiar for him. Strange, he thought. He sighed and rest his back on the swivel chair. He got frustrated. He didn't expect about the news. He didn't expect that he has a wife. What was her name, again? Chryst? "Who the hell are you, Chryst Iane Hermosa?" He whispered.
