It has been about three months since she had killed Brent Cummings and she still couldn't get rid of him. She stopped reading newspapers because that's all every one talked about. She would have quit her job if she could, but Mack and Xavier helped her listen to reason.
"Sierra, honey, you need to forget about what happened in th past and focus on the present." Cheryl's voice brought her back to reality.
"I know, I know I'm trying, by the way you look beautiful." She slapped on the best smile that she could.
