The news of the debacle at the bank came later that evening. Grinder, holding court at the biker bar, was not happy.
"What do you mean they didn't get her?" Grinder yelled as he picked up a steel chair and flung it across the room.
"Sorry, boss," Gears said, "they missed."
"Missed? How could they miss? They were carrying sawed-off shotguns! They walked into a bank with one job—kill the girl and make it look like a robbery."
