A Little Girl's Wish
mama" papa" The little girls´s sobs echoed through the meadow as she frantically searched for her parents „Mama! Papa“ she called again, her voice trembling. They are no where to be found. Tears streamed down her cheeks, and she tried to dry them with her small Hands. But they kept flowing. "Mama" papa"" Her vocabulary so little she doesn't know what else to say. She can't call for help. As she sat alone, surrounded by tall grass, vibrant flowers and countless dandelion. , she gazed up at the sky with her Ruby red eyes. The beauty of the Landscape slowly calmed her racing heart. She remembered her parents´words: Make a wish on a dandelion, and it will come true“. She plucked a dandelion, closed her eyes, and whispered, „ I want Mama. I want Papa.“ Then she blows gentlely . A mighty wind came blowing towards thesouth. Which blowed all the dandelion on the meadow. The little girl stood up, her eyes fixed on the floting flowers. She ran alongside it, her small legs moving as fast as they could, following the dandelion´s path towards the south She ran along side the dendelion with her little legs as fast as she could. But as she ran, she stumbled and fell hard onto the meadow ""ouch! "" she cries out again, her voice shaking. She sat up, rubbing her sore spot, and noticed sometthing unusual.- an egg. It was large and heavy, with a snow-white shell. She approached it cautiously, her tears momentarily forgotten. " No Parent?" she asked the egg, her voice barely above a whisper. „ Alone?“ She spoke to the egg as i fit could understand her. „Me to“, she said softly, her tone tingled with sadness. As she drew closer, she wrapped her arms around the egg and whispered, „Me, you, together always.“ Unbeknownst to her, the egg held a secret: a little dragon was stirring within. As she hugged the egg, she felt a strange connection to it. By the time the wind began to die down, and the dandelion´s jouney slowed. The girl looked up, wondering where the wind had taken the dandelionand how far it would go.
