CHAPTER TWENTY-FOURRenee May 16, 2016 I find myself unable to stop from glancing over at my daughter in the passenger seat. It all still seems so surreal. Her energy is different to me, not how I remember. I try to remind myself that she is different. She is so quiet, almost tranquil, as she watches the landscape pass by with each mile as we make our way home on the interstate.
