When she made my life hell.
" Damn them! Those cursed demons! They did this! For that they must pay! " Lets start from the beggining.
In a small town in an unknown city, a man named Edgar gets ready to go on a very important business trip. He packs his brown suitcases, fetches his beautiful wife and drives swiftly, rushing to the airport. Once they arrive, they sprint for the boarding section realizing they only have 2 min left. Anxious out of their minds, they gradually pick up speed, running faster and faster. Luckily, they had made it just in the nick of time.
" May I see your boarding passes ", says a friendly flight attendant. Edgar swiftly hands the lady their boarding passes, and they board the airbus.
Edgar and his wife finally relax, settling into their business class seats. Edgar sighed a sigh of relief. Just as they thought that everything was going perfectly well, Karen walks up to them and demands their window seat.
Karen:"Hey! I want your seats for my husband and myself. Give them to me!" Edgar looks at her, he thinks that she is joking. He burst into laughter for the whole of the business class to hear. Just as Karen was about to get angry, a curious flight attendant walked over instructing her to stop bothering us and go take her seat.
Over the next 20 minutes, Edgar stares into space pondering about what his new life will be like as he listens to the chatter in the plane. He turned his head to see his wife pass out into a deep sleep. A flight attendant instructs the plane to put all their devices on aeroplane mode and everyone does as instructed.
During the first five minutes of takeoff, Edgar dozed off from the unexpected weight of the plane ascending into the air. Once the passengers are free to walk around, Karen decides to pay our main character a visit. Karen:"Hey, give us your seat old man. Or else I'll call the air marshal on you!" Edgar woke up, "and what will you say when they find my tickets?". Karen becomes speechless. She decides to fake being pushed over and screams, "oh help, this man assaulted me!" She hits herself to form a bruise. This wakes his wife, but also attracts the air marshal. The air marshal, after much consideration, decides to take Edgar in to the station once they landed, but Karen was still called back to her seat.
Edgar's wife starts to become skeptical about what her husband actually said happened to Karen. She had not seen what had actually happened, so she didn't know what to really believe. Although the evidence was not looking good for Edgar, she still had faith in her husband.
(They land in Paris, Edgar is taken to prison after loosing a well fought but biased court case. His wife unpacks at their new house)
Edgar finds himself in a cell with a strange man. He is only wearing a pair of shorts and has no hair. The man is jumping from the benches and seems to have lipstick all over his beard. Edgar:"uh, hello there." Strange man:"hiii there, my name is Christopher De leroux. Call me Mr. Leroux," Edgar nods. 5 minutes pass and the security unlocks the cells for lunch. Edgar and Leroux head to the cafeteria, accidently bumping into a large convict. Convict:"yo, yo, yo. You want problems little man." Edgar speedily shakes his head no, but this man only approaches closer. The man's gang follows. Leroux and Edgar and now backed into a corner and don't know what to do. The convict swings a hook, Edgar gets a wierd rush and he is sudddely able to block the hit and snap the man's arm. Blood gushes everywhere, screams fill the room as the guards rush in. His last memories are feeling a sharp pain in the back of his head.
Edgar awakes, Leroux is reading a book. Edgar's feels dizzier than a spinning wheel. As he Cas down he notices a tattoo on his new friends arm, it's 12 markings in stripes. Edgar brushes it off and decides to get up and stretch, as he gets up he gets dixmzzy again a ND almost falls to the floor. Leroux catches him by his collar. "thanks" mumbles Edagr. He decides to go take a walk.on his walk through the hallway a security calls him in to see his wife. Edgar patiently waits, but nobody arrives. The same thing happens the next day. Edgar uses his one phone call to call his wife... nobody answers.
The days gradually passed by, slowly turning Edgar into a crazy man. Every day, he waits for his wife and everyday he sits in disappointment, not to mention the relentless beating and torment of the other prison mates. With time feeling like an endless loop, Edgar becomes more and more out of touch with his emotions. he sits on his rusted steel bed with bruises and cuts from his daily beat down, as the cold wind passes through Mr.Leroux's and his cell. "This is driving me insane! Why won't my wife come visit me!", screamed Edgar. Leroux just looks at him and listens. Edgar lies down with his head throbbing like a bomb. He feels like his head is going to explode. He passes out. This painful cycle repeats over the next few years.
A tall, male security guard walks over to their cell with a cold look on his face. he says,"Edgar, you're free to go". He unlocks the cell
and Edgar steps out. As they walk through the cold gray hallways, Edgar ponders about how his new life will be. Will he still be allowed to teach? How will his wife react to the good news? There is one thing that he does know, no more beating or cutting, no more being bashed into walls and tormented by his small skinny figure. All the swearing at him, and to top it off everyone cut ties with him and refused to visit. Edgar walks the hallways a broken, mistreated and abused man, who no longer carries the same heartfilled mind. He has a cold heart and a mind nolonger with human emotion. He trudges deep in thought.
Before he even realizes it, Edgar is already outside the gate, ever so gradually walking to a buss stop. He sits down and motionlessly travels through all of his thoughts as they rush through his mind. He is furious. Edgar is determined to track down that despicable woman who had caused all of this to happen and over a stupid plane seat. He regrets not giving up his seat, but quickly comes to his senses, realizing that he can't change the past, but he can reassure the future, and he was going to make it his goal to cause her suffering.
Edgar arrives at his house. His face drops once he opens the door. He sees his wife stuck dead in cold blood, right in front of his eyes. His blood boils his eyes turn a bright red colour and he sees Karen. "it was an accident I swear! I didn't mean to!" Karen looks scared and is shaking vigorously. Edgar lunges toward the kitchen leaving cracks on the floor being him. He swiftly grabs a kfife and holds the blade in Karen's mouth. With a cold deep voice that echos through Karen's mind he says," I will make you hurt more than your tiny mind will ever begin to know! Now leave!" Karen sprints out of the apartment as fast as she can, jumping into her car and speeding off ignoring all speed limit signs as she bolts down the freshly painted black roads.
Edgar stands over his wife's cold lifeless body watching her lay in her blood motionless. He sends out a burst of laughter. Suddenly his neighbor walks in, her jaw drops at the grusome sight. She tries to call the police, but Edgar leaps at her driving the knife through her ribcage like a bullet. He quietly walks out the door while calling the police, "I'd like to report a double murdur" he hangs up and jumps the flight of stairs, waiting outside for the buss while shivering. The buss arrives and he slowly steps on, walking all the way to the back of the shaking buss in the cold streets as he walks the bus a stranger offers him a coat. He looks and sees none other than Mr. Leroux.
Leroux says that he has come to help Edgar on his long awaited journey to cold revenge. "We can operate from my house if you'd like", said Leroux. "That would be splendid", replies Edgar in a cold deep voice and very evident British accent.
Edgar sits next to Leroux as they await the next stop. Edgar gets a rush of curiosity and decides to ask Leroux why he wanted to help him. Leroux replies, "you are the only person I know, and I kinda need help with something". Curiously Edgar indulges himself in conversation with his exe cell mate, "intriguing, you have me interested. Not like I'll have anything else to do". Leroux swiftly replies, "then let us get started as soon as possible".
They arrive at a bright mansion on posh Street. Edgar stares at the glorious home in awe both curious and excited to learn more about this new project. "shall we", mutters Leroux.....
