Chapter 4: Wet At Eighteen

My smile gets wider when he hides something from his backpack. He is trying so hard not to give me a hint to his upcoming surprise. I give him a hug when he gets closer.

"What are you hiding baby?", I asked pretending that I am wondering what's in his backpack.

" Nothing." He pinched my nose.

I am happy seeing him this way. Even though he is not into things like this. But he is giving it a try. Next time, try harder baby. I am not a materialistic person. I only need some of his time. Being in a relationship with him is full of surprises. He keeps on unlocking his different personality everyday. He is now fearless to show his real emotions.

I kissed him on his cheek. "Babe don't forget on my birthday. Let's have lunch at home. I will cook some of your favorite food." I told him."Then, we are going to our place. " I added.

He lower his seat put his backpack down on the backseat."Just leave everything to me. You have more homeworks to do." He answered trying to get out on his car.

"Baby wait!" I stopped him.

"Why?"

"I forgot to get my phone. Give me your bag."

His face is like a big question mark.

"I put it on your backpack earlier. What's with your face? What are you hiding in your bag?" I tried to sound curious.

He just shrugged his shoulders. He laid down to get my phone in his backpack.

I already saw it. It's an invitation card for my eighteenth birthday. My plan is just to spend that day with mom and him. We're just having a lunch at home. The rest of the day is on our floating cottage. I am excited looking forward that day!

"What?" I asked him when I noticed he is staring at me. Hi eyes are droopy.

"I am so lucky having you. You are the best gift I received from above. The only person who can make my world upsidedown." His words is way sweeter than sugar.

"Losing you can make me crazy. Don't even try leaving me. I am ready to give up everything just to be with you. " He said staring directly to my eyes.

" What a sweet boy! I hope I got the man."
