Interrogation (Leo)

“Aurora you might want to leave while we are doing this.” I tell her. She tightens her hold on me.

My dad is watching us. “We will come get you once we are done. Go look at a few more stores but text me what store you are in.” I tell her not wanting her to see what we will do to them. She eventually lets me go and walks out. A few minutes later my phone dings in a text. I look at it and see Victoria’s Secrets. “Now who sent you guys after her?” I ask getting straight to the point.

“If we tell you we are dead.” One of them says.

“If you don’t you are dead too.” I say pulling my gun out of its holster. “First to talk lives.” I see them look at each other.

“Look a man called us saying someone took his daughter. He just wanted her back. He sent us a photo of the two of them. He told us she comes to this mall all the time to get her art supplies. That if we set up here she would eventually show up to get something. To just grab her and bring her home.” One of them says.

“No harm was going be done to her.” The other guy adds. “We work for a private security team, who specializes in taken child cases.”

“Yeah well she is my fiancé. She wasn’t kidnapped. So you just go tell her father you found her and she doesn’t want to come home.” I tell them.

“Unless we hear it from her we are going to have to…” I shoot the one talking. Then look at the other guy.

“Anything from you?” He shakes his head no. “You know what I will just go talk to him myself. Take him to the mansion and put him in the cells. Wait until nightfall and clean up the other guy.” I say as my phone dings in a new message. I pull it out and look.

‘I found a bridal shop looking at dresses.’ My dad comes over and reads it too.

‘Be right there.’ I reply walking out of the office. I know just where she is. I text my sister. ‘Aurora s in your shop. Find her and don’t let anyone near her. Her dad tried to double cross me.’

‘Already next to her. I think she found the dress. I will bring her to the front after I get her measurements so I can make her a custom dress with this fabric and style.’ She replies.

‘Just get her to me in one piece.’ I reply. I turn and see my dad behind me still. “At Renie’s Bridal Shop, apparently she has found the dress she wants and sis is getting her measurements for it…” I get cut off by my phone dinging a text in.

‘Have you seen her back and chest?’

‘No?’

‘Looks like she has been used as a punching bag.’ My sister replies. I look at my dad and turn and push my way through the crowd to her shop.

I get there and look at the employee out front. “First measuring room on the left.” She says. I go knock on the door.

My sister opens it enough to see me. Then she lets me in. I see her back and see red. “What the hell happened to you?” I yell, making Aurora jump. She spins around and her chest and belly are covered as well. “Someone is going to pay for this.” I say. She looks down at the ground. I walk up to her and grab her chin making her look back up at me. “I am not upset with you, just whoever did this to you.”

“You can’t hurt them.” She says to me. I look at her. “It’s my fault. I should have listened to them.” She says.

“Did your dad do this?” I ask, she shakes her head no. “Who did it?” I yell.

“Leo you’re scaring her stop.” My sister says. I look at Aurora and notice she is shaking in fear. I grab her and hug her.
