Ophelia was furious. She kept trying to call out to Takoda but it was like there was some sort of mental block in place. After Pierre's unwanted advances all she could think about was talking to Takoda and for some reason, she couldn't get ahold of him. Wasn't the whole point of this stupid mind link to keep them connected from afar for situations just like this? Why the hell wasn't he answering her? Her head was a whirlwind of emotions—fear, sadness, vulnerability—but the one she knew best was anger. So that is what she latched on to. It was dark, she had only gotten home from the bar about an hour ago. Determined to get to the bottom of this, she departed from her home in the direction of Takoda's cave.
