I slid my hand under the top of the cardboard lid.
“Wait!” Daniel had his hand up as if to stop me.
My brow creased in confusion. “Your guys checked it out, right? There’s nothing harmful in here?”
He exchanged a quick glance with BJ who had arrived with him. “I just have an odd feeling about this one Kira, y’know?”
