Terrible Nights

Running away from the orphanage was the easiest thing to do,No friends and no family. I had nothing there for me and I surely wouldn't be missed, All her life she had to fight her way out of dangers and the struggles, Emily had to think about where her next meal would come from.The things she had to do to survived and some she was definitely not proud of, My parents abandoned me since i was a baby so i basically grew up in a home for kids you know,from the time i turned 15 i lefted because i never understood why no one wanted me, it was sad and depressing and now I've felt like the world was just pure evil, How could the world do this to a child like i was. I'm twenty now and I've learned to tackle a lot on my own, The streets made you know what you wanted out of life,I decided that if I ever had kids I didn't want them grow up the way I did,I want a loving home. I was still able to get my driver's license and a job every now and then, I was saving so I could have a little home of my own, no more sleeping on the streets or under the bridge, few more jobs and I'll have enough to get by...as I drifted out of my thoughts i felt like someone was watching me as I walk down the dark dusty road of Humville,I could never tell you how many times I've done this but it was one too many times. My dark Hood would conceal my identity because being a woman on these streets was bad as it is already, I kept turning around to see what was behind of me but when I looked....there was nothing. I decided I would make a run for it and dip between an ally way, I was on high alert now because I knew at this point someone was watching I just felt it ! I decided to walk a bit faster and then it turned into a run,at this point I'm hearing footsteps...uhuh I was right! a left turn was coming up, this would be it ...I just hope it's not a dead end.....I was breathing heavily and as I looked behind of me I saw a tall figure and he was running fast behind me ...I was scared but how many times I've felt this way ..It was now or never,to escape what was behind of me. As I turn the corner a fence was in view but to my surprise the figure was catching up on me ,it seemed as if this person was really fast...as I was about to jump the fence my world collided....all I saw was black. Emily's parents Pov We must keep her safe before they find her identity, the council will kill her or use her for they own personal gain Arnold was speaking as he had a handful of documents in his hand ,Arnold was a werewolf and Sherrol a vampire but love seems to conquer all no matter what. ....Hurry Arnold before they get here Sherrol cried, we have to leave now or never.Arnold was burning documents hurriedly while Sherrol cradled Baby Emily. We need to get going!! she yelled. Arnold grabbed the bags and hurried to the car along with Sherrol and they child,where they were going was two hours away ....we have to protect our daughter no matter the cost Sherrol.Arnold knew his wife and his life were near and no matter if they ran he knew they just wouldn't get far. A lot was at stake for they precious daughter,he knew she would face a lot of dangers but he pray that she would get through it all, He looked across at his wife Sherrol, he could see the hurt and how scared she was. Sherrol it's ok we'll get through this together, we're doing the right thing. Sherrol didn't say anything but squeeze Arnold hand, that was enough to tell him what she felt .They arrived to a orphanage where they were greeted by an middle age woman called Greta, Greta seem concerned for the family but never ask questions...Greta take this, Arnold handed her a bag with what seems to be a lot of cash, there is an envelope with your name on it , please keep our daughter safe and don't ever let the system give her to a family ....do whatever it takes Greta Arnold said, the rest please give to her when she becomes of age so it can help her out. Sherrol handed her a box along with her gold necklace...please keep these safe for her until the time is right. We are counting on you! We must go now before anyone see us . Sherrol kiss her daughter goodbye and Arnold hugged her. We love you Emily we always will. That was the last time Baby Emily would see her parents. Greta hurried inside before anyone saw her as she grabbed the belongings. I'll keep you safe little one .
