Terrible Nights

Weird

I sat at the table that was provided for me, I ate without a care in the world. I can feel he was looking at me, what a weirdo I thought. So are you going to tell me why you apparently almost killed me and kidnapp me at the same damn time and no funny business sir. It's Deon he said smoothly....I'm waiting to hear your story I yelled. I have people who would come looking for me you know, I lied....so you better let me leave Deon. If you leave you died he said without a care...is this dude kidding me! I laugh are you serious right now .?so you're telling me if I try to escape from here you're going to kill me ...I huff because I couldn't believe this joker. I won't kill you if you try to leave but others would be looking for you and I think you know why...it's up to you if you want to leave tonight or tomorrow he stated. The night time was a challenge I couldn't deal with so I decided in my head I would leave tomorrow morning bright and early. I think I have decided tomorrow morning would seem best to head out as I walked to the dark covered windows. Usual for a window...why is everywhere so dark I asked...He raise his eyebrow as if he was shocked I ask. I need to go handle some business ignoring my question, They is a backpack and other stuff there...if you plan on leaving, he took an envelope out of his pocket and left it on the table as he left. That was it ?! nothing more to be said ..how weird he didn't try to use me or hurt me. I became frustrated, why didn't he even try to stop me when I said I was leaving ..did he know something I didn't. I grabbed the bag and packed all the necessary stuff I needed that was there, I picked up the envelope and I couldn't believe how much was in it ..it would last me couple months of course, I quickly put the envelope in my bag and drop myself on the bed .Shit my savings I thought,I got on all four and looked for my old boots,to my surprise the boots were there and the money I saved, I held onto the boots like I depended on it.After smelling my shoes I dropped them to the floor and decided they were best to depart with now. The world was a funny and scary world but was good still in it. I couldn't understand why my parents left me.....no family no friends nothing. I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere in life , no boyfriend nothing..I would go to the park and see the couples holding hands and when they walked pass me it was like I was the scum of the earth to them. I snapped out of my thoughts and decided to get some rest .Before I could lay down I didn't notice a box was there on the table, didn't even notice he left a phone,Weird but it made me smile. I didn't felt like a hostage at that very moment, it was best that I leave before things get bad. I put the phone in the bag grabbed a pillow and decided to take a nap. It was best to get rest before I head out early because it was needed.
