A suspect in the murder of a Watchful Host soldier has evaded arrest and fled the scene in a stolen police vehicle. The fugitive is Caucasian with a shaved head, approximately six foot two and 190 pounds. He is armed with at least one laze and is a quick shot. It is believed that he has served recently as a police officer. There is a woman in his company, who may be his hostage. He is considered to be armed and dangerous, but Captain Jackson of the Watchful Host requests that he be taken alive for questioning.
