Chapter 16 Mac sat in his living room, staring at his phone. Gem had uploaded another video. It was awful. Natalie stared into the screen with faux flirtation, but he’d seen the anger in her eyes. As he watched her rant about some guy who expected her to have s*x because he’d bought her a drink, Mac’s emotions ran hot. First, there was anger. How could she go out to a club to pick up men as if they weren’t a couple? He knocked that thought aside quickly enough when he remembered what his mother had put the cameraman up to the other night. A sickening dread filled him as he considered that maybe Natalie hadn’t told him the entire story about what happened. Why wouldn’t she tell him but then share it with her entire viewing audience?
