Callan drew a line from Lucas Fraser’s photo to where he’d scribbled ‘handkerchief’. From there he scrawled ‘DNA?’.
Then on the other side he listed ‘Leana Murray’, ‘Isobel Murray’, ‘20th May 1981’ and ‘Violet’s Rose’.
He stood back and perused his less than legible murder board.
Then he drew a line from Isobel Murray to Lucas Fraser and wrote ‘girlfriend’ above it.
What other connections did he have?
He didn’t know what connection Leana and Isobel had, if any. But he knew Leana had targeted Violet’s Rose. Did that matter to the case?
Callan poured himself some coffee, sipping as he thought.
He’d checked out some old news articles about Lucas Fraser and his disappearance. None of them had mentioned a girlfriend, just like Logan Fraser had said.
