Ellie’s P.O.V
Matt was certainly acting weird this morning when he drove me to work. He barely said a word to me the 30 minute drive into Savannah. I tried not over think it but my mind kept wondering what was up.
“So, are you sure your ok?” I asked before unbuckling my seat belt to get out of the car.
“Yeah, just a lot on my mind today. The nightmare I had kept me up most of the night” he says with a slight smile.
I nod my head and return a smile trying to not push the issue. I lean over placing a small peck on his lips before getting out of the car. For the first time since Matt and I decided to try for real, the whole thing felt off.
I get off the elevator and walk over to the desk where Bri is standing. I lean against the counter with my arms crossed and my head resting on top
