Ellie’s P.O.V
I was not expecting Jack to show back up at my door, with Matt none the less. I thought I had at least another 24 hours to gather my thoughts, but I guess no time was better then the right here and now. I walked down the steps slowly approaching him, I finally am face to face with him, his piercing blue eyes staring back into mine. Matt opens his mouth as if he is going to say something, but he quickly stops as my hand makes contact with his cheek.
“That was for leaving me without hearing me out or even saying a proper goodbye” my eyes filling with tears before I crash my lips into his, holding a passionate kiss for a few moments. “An that is because I am utterly, and madly in love with you Matthew Sullivan.”
